Aeromech holds expertise in design and development of Modular Soft wall Clean rooms that provide clean environments from Class 100,000 to Class 10 (ISO Standards Class 3 thru Class 8). This soft wall clean room system has a Tubular Steel Frame Structure that supports the Ceiling Grid and Clear Vinyl Curtain Wall material. The clean room is provided with filtered air by Self Powered Filter Units mounted on the Ceiling. This filter draws outside air through a Pre-filter and delivers filtered air through a HEPA filter into the soft wall Clean room.
The filtered air is exhausted from Clean room beneath the curtain at floor level. In fact the clean levels will vary depending on quantity and configuration of filters installed. All components for soft wall clean rooms are prefabricated and the unit is entirely modular in design. This can be easily installed by client or by our Trained Technicians, as desired.
